Snappd App End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you and Snappd and governs use of this app made available through the Apple App Store. By installing the Snappd App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and understand that there is no tolerance for objectionable content. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you are not entitled to use the Snappd App.
In order to ensure Snappd provides the best experience possible for everyone, we strongly enforce a no tolerance policy for objectionable content. If you see inappropriate content, please use the “Report or flag” feature found in user’s profile or when viewing a video.
1. Parties
This Agreement is between you and Snappd only, and not Apple, Inc. (“Apple”). Notwithstanding the foregoing, you acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of this Agreement and Apple has the right to enforce this Agreement against you. Snappd, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Snappd App and its content.
2. Privacy
Snappd may collect and use information about your usage of the Snappd App, including certain types of information from and about your device. Snappd may use this information, as long as it is in a form that does not personally identify you, to measure the use and performance of the Snappd App.
3. Limited License
Snappd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Snappd App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may only use the Snappd App on Apple devices that you own or control and as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
4. Age Restrictions
By using the Snappd App, you represent and warrant that (a) you are 17 years of age or older and you agree to be bound by this Agreement; (b) if you are under 17 years of age, you have obtained verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian; and (c) your use of the Snappd App does not violate any applicable law or regulation. Your access to the Snappd App may be terminated without warning if Snappd believes, in its sole discretion, that you are under the age of 17 years and have not obtained verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian. If you are a parent or legal guardian and you provide your consent to your child’s use of the Snappd App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in respect to your child’s use of the Snappd App.
5. Objectionable Content Policy
Content may not be submitted to Snappd, who will moderate all content and ultimately decide whether or not to post a submission to the extent such content includes, is in conjunction with, or alongside any, Objectionable Content. Objectionable Content includes, but is not limited to: (i) sexually explicit materials; (ii) obscene, defamatory, libelous, slanderous, violent and/or unlawful content or profanity; (iii) content that infringes upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary right, or that is deceptive or fraudulent; (iv) content that promotes the use or sale of illegal or regulated substances, tobacco products, ammunition and/or firearms; and (v) gambling, including without limitation, any online casino, sports books, bingo or poker.
6. Warranty
Snappd disclaims all warranties about the Snappd App to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent any warranty exists under law that cannot be disclaimed, Snappd, not Apple, shall be solely responsible for such warranty.
7. Maintenance and Support
Snappd does provide minimal maintenance or support for it but not to the extent that any maintenance or support is required by applicable law, Snappd, not Apple, shall be obligated to furnish any such maintenance or support.
8. Product Claims
Snappd, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you relating to the Snappd App or use of it, including, but not limited to: (i) any product liability claim; (ii) any claim that the Snappd App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) any claim arising under consumer protection or similar legislation. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed an admission that you may have such claims.
9. Third Party Intellectual Property Claims
Snappd shall not be obligated to indemnify or defend you with respect to any third party claim arising out or relating to the Snappd App. To the extent Snappd is required to provide indemnification by applicable law, Snappd, not Apple, shall be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement and discharge of any claim that the Snappd App or your use of it infringes any third party intellectual property right.
10. Content on the Snappd Service
You are responsible for your use of the Services and for any Content you provide, including compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You should only provide Content that you are comfortable sharing with others.
Any use or reliance on any Content or materials posted via the Services or obtained by you through the Services is at your own risk. We do not endorse, support, represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any Content or communications posted via the Services or endorse any opinions expressed via the Services. You understand that by using the Services, you may be exposed to Content that might be offensive, harmful, inaccurate or otherwise inappropriate, or in some cases, postings that have been mislabeled or are otherwise deceptive. All Content is the sole responsibility of the person who originated such Content.
We reserve the right to remove Content alleged to be infringing without prior notice, at our sole discretion.

11. Sharing Your Content and Specifically Videos
When uploading videos to the Snappd application you are thereby claiming that you own the video content, that it has been created and recorded by you. Only video content that has been created by you can be uploaded, you agree that you cannot upload content belonging to another individual or company.
You own all of the content that you post on Snappd, and as all videos uploaded are in Public mode you agree that this content can be shared by anyone.
1. For content that is covered by intellectual property rights, like videos (IP content), you specifically give us the following permission: you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any IP content that you post on or in connection with Snappd. This IP License ends when you delete your IP content or your account unless your content has been shared with others, and they have not deleted it.
2. As all videos uploaded to Snappd are Public, when you publish such content it means that you are allowing everyone, including non-Snappd users, to access and use that information, and to associate it with you (i.e., your name and profile).
Snappd reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any given time.

Sharing Your Content and Specifically Videos
When uploading videos to the Snappd application or if you are a user of the Stories Widget service you are thereby claiming that you own the video content, that it has been created and recorded by you. Only video content that has been created by you can be uploaded, you agree that you cannot upload content belonging to another individual or company.
You own all of the content that you post on Snappd or that is posted via Stories Widget service, and as all videos uploaded are in Public mode you agree that this content can be shared by anyone.
Non-personal identification information
We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service provider’s utilized and other similar information.

1. Information about your use of this website and your computer (this includes information about your browser, IP address, your general location as determined from your IP address and provided by your browser, the site from which you come). This information is also collected through cookies.

However, please note that if you use any of our services which require you to provide personal information, deleting our records may mean that you will need to resubmit it to continue using such services.
When signing up to our services you give consent for us to use this information when clicking on the ‘I agree’ button during the registration process.
