Snappd & Stories Widget Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service ("Agreement", "Terms of Service") carefully before using Snappd or Stories Widget ("https://www.snappd.tv" “https://www.storieswidget.com”) operated by Snappd LTD ("us", "we", or "our"). This Agreement sets forth the legally binding Terms of Service for your use of the Snappd App and the Stories Widget site at https://www.storieswidget.com
By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, visiting or browsing the Site or contributing content or other materials to the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Each time you use this website or app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, and as amended from time to time with or without notice to you. In addition, if you are using a particular service on or through this website, you will be subject to any rules or guidelines applicable to those services and they shall be incorporated by reference into these Terms of Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible to maintain the confidentiality of your password and shall be responsible for all uses via your registration and/or login, whether authorized or unauthorized by you. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or your registration, user account or password.
Objectionable Content Policy
Content may not be submitted to Snappd, who will moderate all content and ultimately decide whether or not to post a submission to the extent such content includes, is in conjunction with, or alongside any, Objectionable Content. Objectionable Content includes, but is not limited to: (i) sexually explicit materials; (ii) obscene, defamatory, libelous, slanderous, violent and/or unlawful content or profanity; (iii) content that infringes upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other personal or proprietary right, or that is deceptive or fraudulent; (iv) content that promotes the use or sale of illegal substances, ammunition and/or firearms.
Content on the Snappd Service
You are responsible for your use of the Services and for any Content you provide, including compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. You should only provide Content that you are comfortable sharing with others.
Any use or reliance on any Content or materials posted via the Services or obtained by you through the Services is at your own risk. We do not endorse, support, represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any Content or communications posted via the Services or endorse any opinions expressed via the Services. You understand that by using the Services, you may be exposed to Content that might be offensive, harmful, inaccurate or otherwise inappropriate, or in some cases, postings that have been mislabeled or are otherwise deceptive. All Content is the sole responsibility of the person who originated such Content.
We reserve the right to remove Content without prior notice, at our sole discretion.

Sharing Your Content and Specifically Videos
When uploading videos to the Snappd application or if you are a user of the Stories Widget service you are thereby claiming that you own the video content, that it has been created and recorded by you. Only video content that has been created by you can be uploaded, you agree that you cannot upload content belonging to another individual or company.
You own all of the content that you post on Snappd or that is posted via Stories Widget service, and as all videos uploaded are in Public mode you agree that this content can be shared by anyone.
If you register as a Stories Widget user you are also automatically registered on the Snappd App. Any videos that are automatically fetched from your account to the widget will also appear within the Snappd App and we be added to your Snappd App profile. If you wish to remove your profile and videos from the Snappd App but still remain a Stories Widget user, contact us via team@snappd.tv
Payment & Subscriptions
The Stories Widget Service is billed on a subscription basis. You can choose to purchase this service on a monthly or yearly subscription.
You must provide us with a valid credit card and authorize us to charge a recurring subscription. The subscription, either monthly or yearly, will renew automatically.
Cancellation
Your subscription to the Snappd Stories Widget will automatically renew on the calendar day corresponding to the first day you subscribed to a paid subscription.
You may cancel your subscription renewal by contacting team@snappd.tv
If you are subscribed on the yearly plan, any cancellation will only be effective at the end of the then-current annual billing period and no credits or refunds will be issued to you for prepaid fees.
Fee Changes
Snappd LTD in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify the fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.
We will provide you with prior notice of any change in Subscription fees in order to provide you with an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such fee changes become effective.
We also hold the right to include advertisements within a user’s story widget at any time, we will provide reasonable prior notice should this be the case.
Refunds
Snappd LTD in its sole discretion may consider refund request on a case by case basis.
Links To Other Websites
The Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Snappd LTD.
We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You agree that Snappd LTD shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless, our subsidiaries, affiliates, related parties, directors, employees, agents, advertisers, and partners from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, that may be made by any third party, that is due to or arising out of your conduct or connection with this web site or service, your provision of Content, your violation of this Terms of Service or any other violation of the rights of another person or party.

However, please note that if you use any of our services which require you to provide personal information, deleting our records may mean that you will need to resubmit it to continue using such services.
When signing up to our services you give consent for us to use this information when clicking on the ‘I agree’ button during the registration process.
